Greetings
Does a list member have experience with Surfbest dial up ISP? I've
signed up a family member who uses it to get AOL mail through Emailer and
TCP/IP. He is running Emailer 2.0 v3 under "Classic" of OS 10.1.5.
It is not stated in the Surfbest material what the setting in
Emailer should be to get mail to/from Surfbest. This would be the
information in the "Internet Account Entry" window under "Accounts".
We're sending/receiving well with AOL through Surfbest. We need the
settings in Emailer to send/receive using the [EMAIL PROTECTED]
address.

Surfbest looks like it is a good dial up. We opened the account on
Thursday, Dec 26 late in the afternoon. We had a tech question and they
were good. On Friday, Dec 27, tech called back about noon to see how we
were doing and give us a change in settings with them to improve service
in our area.
The unusual thing about Surfbest is they offer several networks and
the user can change networks without changing ISP's. For example, we
signed up with network 16 but network 16 did not hold a connection well.
We called tech to get a new network, #3. Even though the network changed
we did not have to "fire" Surfbest and go to another ISP. The monthly
charge is $12.50.
