A quick glance at their web site and it looks like you need to use the percent hack. It looks like they want the login name for POP to be your full email address. Since Emailer can't do that, you have to replace the @ in your email address with a % and then put that followed by "@pop.surfbest.net" in the Email Account field. % may or may not work. If it doesn't try some other symbols. As for sending, you need to check their SMTP server chart. The SMTP server address is different based on which network you are on.
