My experience with Surfbest as "newby" with them has been good.
I've called Tech once, tech called me twice to date to make sure things
are right. Also, I blind copied to Surfbest tech the email posted here
about settings for Emailer. They emailed me settings within 30 minutes.
I've not tried the settings, yet.
Ironically I'm impressed with Surfbest and do not use them. I set
them up on my father-in-law's machine. I will be opening with them
shortly, though, because they can do something none of the ISP's I've
spoken with will do.
