This was reported a long time ago with OS X. A few people said they were unable to drag the attachment directly to the trash. They did say they could stop at the desktop, the file would relocate there, and then do a 2nd drag into the trash. I haven't heard any further reports on it since way back when (10.0 maybe?), but I'd guess from your report, the issue still exists. Humm... I happen to have an email here with a garbage attachment... let me give it a try.... YUP... as of 10.2.3 it still doesn't work, dragging to the trash hilites the trash, but the file does not actually move. Interestingly, I notice that dragging an attachment to the desktop, it carrries an outline of the attachment line, but only for a moment outside of the Emailer window. Then the outline freezes on the screen, giving the appearance that the drag has stopped. But if you continue to move the arrow, it will complete the drag to where ever you are going (except the trash), despite the "visual" appearance that the drag has frozen. -chris <http://www.mythtech.net> ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
