Darn I hate it when I mess up! The CE installer I thought was my original was probably not. I went back to the Commercial Download and unextracted it using the download's utility. The correct version is a full 2.0v3 install, in 3 "disk" folders. No updater is needed - hurrah. I am copying it to my server it right now, so wait a bit to download if you want it.
