Since I haven't seen this error in a very long time, I am likely mistaken about the error appearing in the connection log and Emailer marking the message as unsent. Sorry about the confusion. However, I am certain that the SMTP server would send some sort of error to Emailer. But apparently Emailer is too busy sending the remainder of the message to see the error. Or perhaps it's not expecting an error during this phase of the communications and simply ignores it. Either way, the truncation of the message is still a bug in Emailer, and an annoying one at that. ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
