Here are the most recent instructions provided by the web host: To configure outlook to retrieve your ipowerweb emails. 1. In your outlook go to "Tools" 2. Go to "Accounts" 3. Click the "Add" then "email" 4. Enter your desired display name, can be anything. Click next. 5. Enter your email address. 6. Enter your pop (incoming) email server "mail.yourdomain.com" 7. Enter your (outgoing) server "mail.yourdomain.com", or you may have to use your ISP's smtps server if they do not support SMTP relay. click next. 8. Enter your username, if this is for a email account OTHER then the default user address you will need to use the entire email address as the account name such as [EMAIL PROTECTED] 9. Enter your password, make sure you have the correct case, passwords are case sensitive. Click next. Click finish.
