Hi y'all: I recently had Emailer crash on me (and refuse to start up again).
By using Outlook Express and Chris's ftp site address, I contacted Chris and learned how to start Claris up by rebuilding its database. This worked but I lost some folders and subfolders in the process (even with the Typical Rebuild). I am not sure if you know of the following phenomena; thought I would pass it on just in case: I just created a new folder and called it Emailer. The next thing I knew it was full of mail from a "lost" folder that had been called "Updates" previously. So, then I created another folder and called IT Emailer and lo and behold it was full of Emailer mail. So, I figured I could keep creating new folders and subfolders and by naming them variously find all the missing mail - it is a bit arduous as I just created a Clarisworks List subfolder and entitled it "Formatting" and it filled with some _Emailer_ mail that had previously been in a sub-folder named "Keyboard Shortcuts"!! Thank god I happen to be otherwise unemployed at the moment.
