Ahh, but you don't know that Emailer is remaining the frontmost app. It 
appears to be, and it is within Classic, but OS X has a different way of 
looking at things. OS X may very well be moving Emailer to the background 
simply because the cursor has left all Emailer windows.

I think you are just crazy on this one. I haven't noticed a speed 
difference based on where in the window I put the cursor. :-)
