Do you have your account set to leave messages on the server? In your case, you say that the message is still visible via the webmail, so it would seem that what is happening for you is Emailer is failing to delete the message at the server. I could come up with some theories about why this would happen, but none are going to be of any help to fix it. In my case, the message is no longer on my server, but is still resident on my computer. Emailer is failing to delete the message from the Temp Incoming.
