No, when I access email from home using CE, I have the messages left on
the server. Then when I get to the office and use CE there, I have the
messages deleted from the server. I end up looking at a lot of messages
twice that way, once from home and once from office, but it's a system
that works pretty well from me. I'm in the habit of skimming through and
rapidly deleting messages on one machine that I have already read on the
other. Works for me.

So to return to the duplicate message issue, at home I notice a message
or two or three each day that mysteriously has been duplicated. The
original message is still sitting on the server, and when I look at it
with webmail, or download all mail the next day at work, only the one
original message will be there.

It's a curiosity and not a major problem. I'm just glad that CE still
works! I'm about to jump to OS 10.4--CE will continue to work with that
under Classic, right? I'm lamenting the day that will surely come when
Classic goes away forever.
