It was "a throwaway comment" as I seem to recall that "High Sierra File 
Access" has to do with reading certain CDs.

Let's not mess about. Type this into Google search:
define:High Sierra

OK, it's an obsolete file format so you can safely trash it.

If you are not running "Tiger" that may be the reason for printing 
problems.
I seem to recall reading that Tiger sorted out printing problems by 
routing Classic printing through the OSX driver - but my own memory 
wasn't supplied by "Crucial" so I may have gotten that wrong!  ;-)
