Here's what you should do. Upload the file (.PDF or whatever) to your web server. Upload an HTML page which contains a link to the file. Send an email to all recipients with the http link to your HTML page and a note saying "Click on this link to download this month's event list" or whatever. Easy! Alternatively, just put the information on the web page and forget about having a separate file to download. BTW if you don't have access to a web server you can get a domain name and hosting very cheaply. I currently pay just 22 GBP (US$42) a year for mine. http://www.betterwebspace.com/ (English company with web servers in the USA).
