Doug,
I am on RoadRunner (Wisconsin), and am using an unmodified version of
eMailer. To my knowlege, Time Warner has not yet moved to SMTP-Auth for
sending emails. And since you are using the SMTP-Auth version of eMailer,
it may be causing problems in trying to send emails.
