That may well be true among the cognoscenti, but it did not seem to be common knowledge among ordinary users, at least on this (eastern) side of the Atlantic. Nor was it being admitted by Alsoft when I checked their website after buying my Intel Mac: it would have saved some of us a bit of time if it had been. Glad to hear you have received your disk Warrior CD. An email from Alsoft of three days ago quoted a month before delivery. So perhaps it has more to do with the season than the software still being tested, which is to the good. I still think it is overpriced.
