OK, well, I guess I can't answer to male dressing procedures, only to my own, and since I'm female....on work days, a bra is unfortunately necessary. I hate the darn things (my boyfriend approves of this), but even in the winter when I wear a lot of layers and big bulky sweaters that hide everything, I sort of feel that going to work without wearing a bra would be practically akin to going to work naked or in my PJs (!) -- another good thing about weekends is since I don't have to go out, I get to skip wearing a bra!
