NO!

OSX applications should not be in the Classic folder!  Classic is an OSX 
app that makes it possible for you to use OS9 applications. Just leave it 
empty and leave your CE Folder where it is in the OS9 folder as this 
works for Neville and therefore will work for you too!

If you start Emailer while holding F5 on the keyboard, it will then ask 
you where you put the Emailer Files Folder and will change that pref 
setting accordingly.

Maybe it just needs to be shown the new location of the files.

CE is working perfectly on your OSX machine?  Did you download Neville's 
attachment to your Downloads folder successfully?
