In Mail, if you want to view all accounts in one folder, click on the
main folder they are nested in.
In other words, you have "Inbox", and under inbox you have a folder
for each account. If you click on the account folder, you see the
inbox for just that account. But if you click on the "Inbox" folder
itself, you will see all the inboxes at the same time.
Same applies to Draft, Sent, Trash, and Junk.
