Martin was actually referring to an off-list comment I had made about easily adding aliases in Mail by just adding them to the Email address line in the Account window, separated by commas. Only user created folders can be repositioned, no? Default folders seem permanently positioned at the top! As for the various accounts files, you are right - it is much better handled in Mail than GyazMail - which doesn't seem to accept aliases either! I hadn't realized, as I really only use the one account in Mail.
