An attachment(.jpg) with a space in its name has just arrived without any 
truncation. The headers tell me it was sent by MAIL. Yesterday the 
opposite was happening. I've made no changes in the intervening time. I 
think this adds to the evidence that it's the ISP and not Emailer.
