In theory, you can run Emailer directly off the flash drive.
But also, both machines have ethernet, so you don't need the flash
drive to move Emailer between machines.
(I've got snippet email
"collections" from past trips with my older Powerbooks, I really
wish I
could integrate them into the master collection...)
There are ways if you want to do it bad enough. I believe there are
Applescripts that will import mbox email into Emailer, combine that
with one that exports mbox, and you can dump out of one and bring
into the other.
I have no idea if it will screw up email dates or other info in the
process however.
You can take a look at this script collection <http://www.fogcity.com/
files/Emailer/2.0/ImportExport3.1.hqx>
It can import and export to Eudora mailbox format, which I believe is
either standard mbox or based on mbox. It can also import/export
Digest format, between the two, it might be possible to do what you
want to move messages from one Emailer database to another.
This set also has a version of Eudora and mbox import and export in
case the first one doesn't work well <http://www.fogcity.com/files/
