What I find works the best when importing Emailer to an Intel Mac is:
One: Address Book can import all but groups from the export of
contacts produced by Emailer
Two: Importing messages need to get Emailer onto an OS X Mac and
connect via Target Mode.
So if a client appears with Emailer on an older Mac I copy the
Emailer folder onto a non-Intel Mac that can function in FireWire
Target mode and import from within Mail on the new Intel Mac.
