Looking for help here.

I have never had this happen.

I sent email to my accountant, via Emailer.
He never received it.

When I phone him about why he hadn't replied,
it was because of that.

Whereupon he sent me a Test message, which
I received.   

Then, I Replied to that Test message (Mail -> Reply)

He didn't receive the reply.

Something is blocking the transmission ....or ....
the reception at his end.

I have no filters, no firewall.     Since he gets mail
every day from many sources,  and so do I, we 
can't figure out what the problem is.

Any suggestion as to what's going on,  (or not,)
and why,  and how to clear up the trouble.

I have, in the past, been able to email this person,
but I'm not positive he's kept the same address
from those times.  One thing is certain:  the address
used now is the correct one.
