There's no reason I can think of that your CE folders aren't showing in 
the Privacy window if you have navigated to them properly and clicked 
'Choose' when the appropriate *folder* is highlighted in the selection 
dialog (NOT an item of the folder's contents).

In the Privacy window, you are also offered the option of dragging a 
given folder to the window.  You might try that with your CE folder of 
choice.

On a related note...

There has been considerable discussion on this list about _where_ to keep 
the main Claris Emailer Folder.

The fact is, so long as its *contents* remain intact, it matters (almost) 
not at all where on disk it is.  I keep mine in a folder with all my 
other personal data, so my mail DB is backed up every time I back up that 
data.  

(One does need to remember where on disk the CE folder is, of course.)
