Fellow listers,
I've done a silly thing - inadvertently deleted a group of addresses in my
Address Book. However, I have a copy of those addresses in 'Sent' Mail'.
I've copied them this way in the past but can't remember how I did it.
>From the Sent Box you can't copy the group as a whole or even separately

There is no duplicate or copy ability
But there is a way to do it - can anyone please help?
I've tried exporting and importing into the address book but the options
