Chris and Don,
I've been thinking of buying a monitor to place in my office and use
my laptop in another room - but I have no experience of them and am not
sure what will suit my need. In preparing an academic paper I want to
see more pages on the screen,
and use a larger area than I have on my 15" (?) laptop. So would I use a
vertical or horizontal monitor? Also the one I saw at the Apple store
was VERY expensive.
I am using a Classic OS X 4.11 with OS 9 including for my Emails. I
understand the only connection I need is a cable that fits into my laptop
at one end and the monitor at the other. Is it then just a question of
dragging a folder to the monitor
image on my laptop?
Also if I knew what I was specifically looking for I'd like to try
obtaining a monitor on Ebay.
Appreciate your thoughts,
Bea
