Pointing someone towards the documentation installed on their system 
and/or the conversion utility is good.  Pointing them at the web is bad, 
especially towards a wiki.  Machines should be expected to run for 20+ 
years, and I don't know if web docs will live in the same place for that 
long.  (That's all IMO, of course)
