Not really, it has a completely different pinout (and 48 pins, not 17).

You could make up a cable to convert the 50pin box-headers to parallel
port, but it seems a bit of a peculiar thing to do.
The 7i37TA would be the usual equivalent of your breakout, but that
costs about the same as the 7i43P.

If you want to connect directly to the existing interface then the
5i25 looks like the thing to use, in "souped-up parallel port"
configuration. But that needs a PCI slot.
