Regrettably, running your kernel "Linux version 3.2.21-xenomai+ 
(mah@precise) (gcc version 4.6.3 (Ubuntu/Linaro 4.6.3-1ubuntu5) ) #1 
PREEMPT Sun Jan 20 14:40:40 CET 2013" doesn't solve the lockup:

I had to run twice, the first time my PSU tripped after 52 minutes. It 
was set at 1.5A@5V, I'm not sure what this means, but the timing looks 
suspicious!!
Second run (increased current trip to 2.5A) the lockup came after 49 
minutes : ( This looks exactly like the behaviour of the original kernel.
