Here's a compile-tested (but not run, I don't have a hardy rtai system
handy) patch that excises the problematic files:

linuxcnc 'make modules' only encounters the 'exported twice'-type
kinematics warnings that we hide with modsilent these days, so this
reinforces my claim that we don't use any of the identifiers from the
problem files.
