Once it's been successfully tested by someone, I'll push out updated
rtai packages that fix the problem for Ubuntu Lucid (by deleting the
offending files).

Any future version of rtai we ship would have to have the non-Free
sources excised in a similar fashion.  (are we shipping any post-Lucid
rtai packages from linuxcnc.org yet?)


I do not presume to tell you how to fix your branch, since you say that
you determined by linker error the necessity of all the files you have.


I was hoping that you would contact the RTAI people to let them know
about this problem.  If they fix it in a timely fashion, perhaps you can
benefit from their fix.
