thanks for the update.  I will take a serious look at that branch.  I 
think the RT-PREEMPT will solve a need for hacking a simulator that will 
run on (cough cough) Windows and MacOS.

Also, what is the status of ARM support on BeagleBone LinuxCNC?  I just 
received a dual and quad core UDOO I plan to hack on over the holidays.  
It would be wonderful to have something that mostly works...
