Ok, I think I've isolated the issue to tpCheckEndCondition. The latest
commit ran through all of the stellabee program without a significant
acceleration overage on my atom box.  However, I am noticing a graphical
glitch in axis that shows the tool moving off to infinity, but the actual
machine position as reported by the status window is correct. Could you do
a run through on your P4 machine with the latest version? I'd like to know
if it makes it all the way through, and if you get the same graphical issue
I'm seeing.
