I made a remapped-T config that uses the new G43.2 to give lathe-style
toolchanges.
This has been incorporated into 2.6. But unfortunately it doesn't work.

The config needs to find "public" remap files (nc_files/remap_lib) but
also uses some common files from sim/axis

I didn't put it in sim-axis because I didn't want to "pollute" that
folder with remap stuff, and I also wanted to make it clear what files
needed to be added to a config to use the remap. For that reason it is
in a separate folder in sim/lathe-fanucy.

I wasn't entirely expecting it to find its way into 2.6, but it looks
like it has. So I suppose I ought to make it work.

So, where should it go? If it ought to be where it is, perhaps I could
simplify it by making it a NO_FORCE_HOMING config (no simulated home
switches needed) and have s simple timer for the toolchange (no
hal_manualtoolchange.hal needed) to save the trouble of making robust
links to the common/shared hal sample files.
