I guess that he meant that implementing a solution (UEFI) which basically accepts OS from particular vendor (read: Microsoft) and does not fully support anything else is fucked-up idea and shitty (read: broken) design by default. So yes, I do support bringing that computer back to store and asking for a refund, because you purchased a computer, which has problem - there is no way to install 32-bit opensource OS there. They did not warn you about that prior the purchase, thus it should be treated as a defective device.
