Hi, Ok so this is related to LinuxCNC. Not Gmoccapy or my self written ATC component. That is good to know. Might there be a work around? PS. this can also be tested in SIM.

I thought it was caused by our self written ATC functions. (The machine is a Klingelnberg Micronic PCB router retrofit with a 110 (10x11) rack tool magazine attached to the Y axis) My question: Is there a flag set when the interpreter is in "Start from here" mode.
