This is happening on a uspace build from source. Anyone should be able to run the configs/by_interface/pico/univpwmv sample config and demonstrate the error, without any hardware attached. If the timestamp parameter is removed, you would get it scanning the epp port for devices and then quitting if it didn't find any.
I was hoping to get this fix tested today and get it committed, but I'm totally stumped by this situation.
