In general the docs in the .comp files are plain text, so it's "just"
a matter of getting halcompile to generate adoc rather than groff.
Sure, but *backward-compatibility*. If we replace all Groff formatting
in the .comp files by AsciiDoc, we should adapt halcomp that it
understands both. There are a lot of hal components out there which will
still use Groff inside. And if we have AsciiDoc inside the .comp files,
halcomp should be able to convert the AsciiDoc to Groff man pages.
