Actually, that's probably the easy way. Have halcompile convert groff
formatting to adoc at the doc formatting stage.
I fear that there is some manual work needed to bring the AsciiDoc into the .comp files.

  There are a lot of hal components out there which will
still use Groff inside.
Though, arguably, people probably don't need well-formatted manpages
of their own private hal components.

But they probably need man pages. And if we add a new section for the AsciiDoc description, an AsciiDoc-only halcomp version might even create a blank man page.
