The product in the shipping container may or may not be enclosed in "packaging". Products intended to be shipped direct to the end user may not include packaging. Packaging: A container in which the product is placed for public display purposes in retail shops and similar stores. Consumer information and certain required compliance information is displayed on the packaging.
