Dear Colleagues, I am trying to find reliable information regarding the actual voltage range found in some Asian countries. I already have some information, but it looks like the actual conditions are worse than those published. Since travelling to each country with a multimeter would be quite expensive, I would really appreciate if someone could give me some help.
