Does any one know if "A. Kohlig" is a member of this list and can shed some
light on what is going to be happening with the coming documents?  Any
educated guesses as to if/when any of those will become harmonized and
replace EN61326:97 + ammendments?
Facts are always preferred over speculation.

Yes, the first 2 is the Part number and the following number is the
Section. However, IEC changed the numbering system a while back,
abolishing 'Sections', but not all committees seem to be aware. The
standard may in fact be published as IEC 61326-23.

If you go to the public part of the IEC web site and look at the Work
