You don't state specifically that the batteries of interest
are Li types, but you can refer to

or look on manufacturer's' web sites.  Many seem to have the
kind of information you seek.

I recall that the UN has a document on transportation of
hazardous goods that has guidance for such shipments.

Searching on the terms you're interested in in any web
