A Basic IEC Standard referenced in a harmonized Product Standard is undated and the verbiage reads "For a non-specific reference, the latest version applies." Question - when the Basic Standard is indicated as published on the IEC website, is this the effective date for use to demonstrate compliance for the Product Standard immediately?
