Well, I think it 'depends'! A cable with only 'go and return' wires and maybe a PEC can be reasonably considered a 'power line', especially for the intentional transmission of interference along it.(;-) But a bundle containing, say, 120 V AC, 24 V DC and maybe something else supplying power, with or without superimposed signals, is not a 'power line' but a 'power cable'. -- OOO - Own Opinions Only.
