Power lines may be separate or bundled, and depending on the test, may include 
hot and neutral, positive and return conductors.  Test requirements may 
specifiy they be left in bundles, or removed, to be tested separately. The 
tests may require one or all power conductors be connected to LISN's, either 
with or without capacitors on the power side-- or not.
