Currently Australia / New Zealand and VCCI have put a tempory stay on measuring above 1 GHz until at least the 1 Oct 2009 date. See http://www.acma.gov.au/WEB/STANDARD/pc=PC_100964 http://www.vcci.or.jp/vcci_e/topics/new0910.html however, we are setup to perform these measurements Larry Stillings Compliance Worldwide, Inc.

Look at section 6.2. This standard is published in the OJ and becomes compulsory under the EMC Directive as of 1 Oct 2009. Both reference CISPR 16-1-4 for the description of the test site. (Our copy of EN55022:2006 does not show any such limits.) A few questions: Has the CISPR test site for > 1GHz been decided? Has the validation method for the site been decided? If the test site or site validation method is still not settled, how does one test to the limits shown in these two standards? John D.
