If the tests are all done to a harmonised standard (standard fully applied, and passes), then there's no need to go to a Notified Body.
(You can, if you wish to, but there's no need to) If you can't or don't fully apply a harmonised standard, then you must go to a Notified Body for their opinion. Michael.
