But that's inconvenient, so they will do the downloads once and keep a
file (of hard copy or scanned hard copy if you block every other
medium).
Another thing I recently started was to put an expiration date on these
documents. You never want to send a file where the bits have grown
mold.
Now that will at least show up if someone has done what I describe
above.
