I can only suggest that you enquire at the source of the test guide.

Hi John,
Yes, my thinking is both forearm and ankle. My reference here is a
radiation test guide adopted by one of our clients which clearly
shows an operator wearing what in EMC test terms looks like an
oversized current clamp with an internal diameter of ~100 mm. It does
seem quite an ask to operate up to 110 MHz. There is also another
picture in the same document showing some other small hand-held test
equipment grasped by an operator and used to touch the EUT.

Hi, Phil. I know you asked for a test equipment supplier, but I didn't
really understand the description of the kit you are looking for, so I
wondered if the standards specify a different way of measuring or
assessing touch and grasp currents. How would a current clamp be used?
Put on an arm or a leg? You might well not find one with that bandwidth.

Graph should indeed read grasp. Funny how often that kind of
thing slips through.

Have you looked at the IEC TC106 standards, listed at:
https://iec.ch/dyn/www/f?p=103:22:17330981255998::::FSP_ORG_ID,FSP_LANG_ID:1303,25
IEC TR63167 may be particularly relevant. I don't know what you
mean by 'graph currents'. Should that be 'grasp currents'?

Any one know what kind of instrumentation is available for
measuring touch and graph currents as part of non-ionising
radiation hazard assessments?
I was hoping to find a large current clamp that could be worn,
for example, with an operating frequency range 1 MHz to 110
MHz but not having any luck with my regular go-to hire
outlets, nor from online searching. Maybe that’s not how it’s
done these days?
